The book is lavishly illustrated in full colour, with almost 2,600 illustrations, over 2,100 of which are in full colour.
New chapters are included on genetics of head and neck cancer, rehabilitation after surgery, implants and prostheses and orbital tumours, and there are chapters reviewing other treatment options in the field (radiation therapy and medical oncology) as they relate to the overall management and outcome of the patient.
